Just wanted to take a second and comment on the outstanding service and support we received from Kelly Whitton during our recent home purchase.

Kelly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout this entire process, and her insight into the region was very beneficial to us as we looked for our new home. We found Kelly to be very sympathetic and willing to pick us up at the ferry and tour us around Nanaimo at our convenience.

She responded to phone calls and e-mails promptly and gave us good advice while searching long distance for our property.

When we did find a good property, she toured and videoed the property.  On her enthusiasm, good report and advice we put in an immediate offer and Kelly secured the condo for us. 

She has also given us names of painters, locksmiths etc so we could arrange our move from a distance.  Thank you Kelly.

We recently retired and decided that we needed a change of scenery and chose Nanaimo.  Our local real estate agent recommended Kelly.  We had no idea what we were in for.  Bright, bubbly personality, hard working, knowledgeable and patient all come to mind when describing Kelly.  After  numerous trips to the island to check out properties we finally found exactly what we wanted and we all knew right away.  Prior to finding the perfect home we viewed numerous houses but always found something not quite right.  Kelly was there for us providing support and listening to us.  There were times we found a place online and Kelly checked it out in advance and letting us know if it was worthwhile to view or not.  Once we had found our dream home Kelly worked with our local real estate agent again providing sound advice and support.  We can’t imagine using anyone else.
